Heather Hoover joined MultiFunding as a Funding Strategist in March of 2017. Heather started her career in commercial lending at NatWest Bank in New York City. Heather continued her career in municipal finance at PFM, the nation’s largest municipal financial advisory firm, in their Philadelphia headquarters.
At PFM, Heather was a Senior Managing Consultant working on a variety of debt structuring and financing for clients including New York Power Authority and New Jersey Turnpike Authority. Her specialty was working with municipalities planning sports facilities development and financing; including the Hamilton County, Ohio financing of the Reds and Bengals Stadiums, and the Maryland Stadium Authority financing of the Ravens Stadium.
After spending time raising her children, Heather joined the
MultiFunding team. She has experience in Asset Backed Lending, Lease Financing and SBA 7a and 504 lending. Heather finds financing solutions to meet the individual needs of her clients.
Heather graduated from Georgetown University with BA in American Studies. While at Georgetown, Heather played varsity field hockey and lacrosse and was a two-year captain of the field hockey team. Heather is currently an alumni interviewer for Georgetown University. She is an active volunteer at the Lawrenceville School, where she is a member of
Alumni Association Executive Committee. Heather is a member of the Parents’ Organization, a parent run leadership committee at her children’s school. She is also a Commissioner for her township youth sports organization, Whitpain Recreation Association, for which she assists running the field hockey program and coaches her daughters’ teams.
