Lynn Ozer, President

Lynn Ozer is a strategic and highly accomplished financial executive with vast expertise in small business lending departments, training existing and aspiring lenders on SBA’s loan origination policies and procedures, and advocating on local and national level for policies that prioritize small business.​

She has established capabilities in sales, credit, portfolio management, liquidation, and operations. She leverages outstanding leadership and communication skills to present opportunities to executive teams and cultivates relationships with key business partners. Lynn is a driven and focused top-performer who drives the ownership of business results, capitalizes on lucrative new opportunities, and consistently exceeds goals.

As the first woman to chair the board of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL), Lynn continues to instruct lenders for NAGGL and actively participates by serving on the government relations, technical issues and executive committees. In doing so, she has remained involved at a national level advocating for small businesses and monitoring the issues and trends in the industry.

Fran Miller, Senior Director of Business Financing

Fran Miller, Senior Director of Business Financing, is one of the most tenured team members of the MultiFunding team.

Upon joining in 2014, he trained directly under the CEO, Ami Kassar. Since then he has been at the core of MultiFunding's success at sourcing affordable and flexible financing options. He started as an Associate Loan Consultant and has grown to a Senior Director which has overseen hundreds of loans closed for our clients. He is heavily involved within client and lender interaction, and takes a very hands-on approach.

Fran works diligently in the analysis and structuring of deals to maximize the likelihood of success and finding the most advantageous loan terms for our clients. Over the numerous years of consultation work, he regularly advises clients on proper debt leverage and ways to improve their current financial standing.

Fran earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Joe McAleer, Senior Director of Business Financing

"My core principle is to be an advisor before I am ever a broker. Respecting the responsibility and caring about the livelihood of my clients, I strive to provide education and understanding to feasible loan options vs. those that could severely hurt or damage a business and its owner."

Joe McAleer, Senior Director of Small Business Lending for MultiFunding, has more than 15 years of experience in the finance industry, working within both a small and large corporate structure across the continental United States and around the world.

Joe has developed a complete understanding and specialization for SBA loan facilitation and has found his calling helping current and prospective entrepreneurs utilize SBA loans to purchase businesses. He has a  strong analysis background, helping companies track revenue and spending, breaking down and providing areas for potential improvement, and decision-making and strategy implementation to achieve fiscal expectations.

Joe has worked both independently and side-by-side with clients in the financial world, developing key strategies to increase and continue profits in an ever-changing economy. He spent more than four years with Advanta Bank Corp working within the finance and accounting departments, quickly becoming a key member of the corporate facilities group and having significant roles in all finance related departments across the company.

Joe later spent three years with Towers Watson in Philadelphia, working directly with key clients providing financial analysis and cost savings analysis.

Joe attended Rutgers University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business management. He brings eagerness and a strong desire to help small business owners, as he is a true entrepreneur at heart.

Heather Hoover, Senior Director of Business Financing

"MultiFunding offers our clients funding options through our national network of lenders. This provides our clients access to new capital resources. Our top priority is finding solutions for our clients to help them grow their business."

Heather Hoover joined MultiFunding as a funding strategist in March 2017 and is now a senior loan advisor. Heather started her career in commercial lending at NatWest Bank in New York City and continued her career in municipal finance at PFM, the nation’s largest municipal financial advisory firm, in their Philadelphia headquarters.

At PFM, Heather was a senior managing consultant, working on a variety of debt structuring and financing for clients including New York Power Authority and New Jersey Turnpike Authority.  She specialized in working with municipalities planning sports facilities development and financing; including the Hamilton County, Ohio financing of the Reds and Bengals Stadiums, and the Maryland Stadium Authority financing of the Ravens Stadium.

After spending time raising her children, Heather joined the MultiFunding team. She has experience in Asset Backed Lending, Lease Financing and SBA 7(a) and 504 lending. 

Heather graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in American Studies.  While at Georgetown, Heather played varsity field hockey and lacrosse and was a two-year captain of the field hockey team. 

Nick Lasorsa, Associate Loan Consultant

Nick Lasorsa graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Kutztown. His dedication to his profession is evident in his relentless pursuit of knowledge, staying up-to-date with new regulations and rules that govern the financial industry. One of Nick's greatest strengths lies in his effective communication skills. He understands that successful brokering goes beyond crunching numbers; it requires the ability to connect with clients and colleagues on a personal level. Nick's exceptional people skills allow him to break down barriers and foster open and honest communication, enabling him to identify the root of any financial problem and provide optimal solutions.

In the early years of his career, Nick focused on the mortgage industry, where he honed his expertise in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Whether it was assisting customers with home renovations or guiding them through debt consolidation, Nick's enthusiasm and diplomatic approach made him a valuable asset to his clients. He actively listened to their needs, analyzed their financial situations, and provided tailored recommendations to ensure their goals were met efficiently and effectively.

Nick's eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving financial regulations has propelled him to the forefront of his field. He recognizes that there will always be more room for constant growth and development. By keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, Nick ensures that he consistently provides accurate and compliant financial solutions to his clients.

Mike Heen, Business Loan Advisor

"I view my mission as helping people achieve their goals, whether it be a business acquisition, an expansion into a new facility, or obtaining a needed line of credit to secure growth for my clients."      

Mike has over 14 years in commercial lending experience.  He has worked primarily with small to medium sized businesses and specialized in SBA lending.  His financing experience includes equipment, lines of credit, business acquisitions, business expansions, agriculture, real estate construction and real estate acquisitions.

Mike has provided underwriting services in the past and has a keen understanding of what it takes financially to close a loan.  He also provides superior customer service.

His career started in the oil fields of Williston, North Dakota, where he provided assistance to several business start ups and established businesses as they grew and adapted to the rapidly growing economy.  From there he moved to central Minnesota, again working with business owners and farmers to ensure his client’s companies had sufficient access to capital needed for growth.  He has experience financing a wide variety of industries, making him a versatile and robust finance partner.

Mike attended St. Cloud State University where he earned his MBA.

Julie Zarr, Business Loan Advisor

"I view my mission as helping people achieve their goals, whether it be a business acquisition, an expansion into a new facility, or obtaining a needed line of credit to secure growth for my clients."

Julie has over 23 years of experience in commercial lending specializing in SBA 7a and 504 transactions to small to medium sized businesses. She has a strong understanding of business acquisitions, real estate purchases, construction, equipment, and startups. This includes the financial analysis necessary to provide detailed information on these requests to lenders.

Julie began her career right out of high school with her part time job during college that turned into her 12 ½ years in the financial services industry, then 23 years ago started SBA lending and has continued to pursue that avenue of her career.

Due to her location, she has a very extensive background helping rural business owners and understand the seasonality that can come with living in the Northwestern US along with the intricacies of those locations.

Karin Fortier, Office Manager & Executive Administration

“Holding down the fort at MultiFunding and juggling Ami’s busy schedule is like running a circus act, lots of moving parts but always entertaining.”

Karin serves as executive assistant to the CEO at MultiFunding as well as other executives in the company. She supports the management of the company.

Karin is focused on positive client experiences and bridges the gap between client and loan consultants. Specifically, Karin oversees Ami's calendar, and responds to inbound client and prospect communications.

Karin’s professional background spans both pharmaceutical, accounting and security industries. After graduating from the University of Texas San Antonio with a bachelor’s degree in English, she worked as a contracted pharmaceutical sales representative for Zeneca Pharmaceuticals and later for an employment background search firm.

Kate Stackhouse, CMO

"What I love about MultiFunding is that our team truly cares about our clients. Our advisors are made up of passionate advocates who enjoy helping entrepreneurs understand the financing process and all the options that are available to them." 

Kate Stackhouse, MultiFunding chief marketing officer, has been working side-by-side with Ami for more than twelve years. She started her marketing career in direct mail/catalog marketing with Spiegel-Honeybee by Mail as a marketing and circulation manager, then found herself working as a director of catalog marketing for a children’s specialty catalog managing catalog, book club and proprietary product production.

Kate squeezed in a short stay at QVC as a marketing manager scripting event shows in the jewelry division and working with on-air personalities as well as buyers. She went on to manage an event marketing pilot program for Daimler Chrysler Corp. including the launch of the retro 300M series. Events included partnerships with Vogue in the Hamptons, Nantucket Film Festival and many other grassroots marketing promotions. Other independent projects include co-creating specialty events for Jeep and Dodge in the Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.

After leaving Chrysler, Kate became a senior director of client services and sales for Bob Car Media, a full service experiential marketing agency in NYC, directing client services, sales and project operations. She helped launch mobile WIFI for Comcast, T-Mobile and Clear.

The experience Kate has gained over the years has given her great perspective into the marketing and operations of a business and its products. Combining all of these disciplines allows her to bring a multifaceted, attention-to-detail prospective to MultiFunding.

Kate earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Textile University. She lives with her husband and four sons in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Annarose Clark, Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, Annarose is primarily responsible for protecting Ami's time by managing communication sent to and from his inbox. She assists with strategically prioritizing tasks and uniting different facets of the business to ensure projects run smoothly.

Annarose's goal is to organize and regulate so that Ami can effectively focus on utilizing his expertise in finance and business for MultiFunding's valued clients and partners.

Before joining the MultiFunding team, Annarose worked across several industries, balancing corporate positions with entrepreneurial pursuits. Annarose is passionate about supporting the initiatives of small business owners.

Annarose earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, and Psychology from Villanova University.

Ali Chapman, Digital Marketing Manager

“Seeing small business owners successfully grow with the help of MultiFunding is truly a fulfilling experience that makes me happy to be a part of this company!”

Ali Chapman is responsible for managing and growing MultiFunding’s social media platforms and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. Ali gathers and analyzes consumer behavior data and prepares reports to showcase marketing efforts. She also assists with digital designs and creative efforts.

Before working for MultiFunding in 2022, she interned as a Marketing Assistant at Philly PR Girl and was an Events and Consumers Marketing intern at Philadelphia Magazine.

Ali graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in advertising and promotions from Saint Joseph’s University. In college, Ali was a sister of the Theta Theta Chapter of Alpha Phi where she was an advocate for raising awareness towards women’s heart health.

Toni White, Accounting and HR Manager


Toni is an integral part of the MultiFunding team, serving as a versatile professional across various departments. With a passion for ensuring operational efficiency, Toni seamlessly navigates through operations, bookkeeping, and human resources functions, playing a pivotal role in fostering synergy among different teams.

In addition to her multifaceted responsibilities, Toni lends her expertise to the marketing endeavors of the company, contributing to the production of the popular weekly AmiSights podcast.

Bringing over a decade of experience in client-focused roles within the mental health and wellness industry, Toni joined MultiFunding in 2020. Her background in fostering strong client relationships and her dedication to enhancing organizational processes significantly enrich the company's operations.

Hannah Gallo, Operations & Marketing Manager

“Working with small business owners, and transforming their dreams into reality with the use of capital gets me excited to come to work every day!”

Hannah Gallo, operations and marketing manager, works with prospects to help them assess their needs and guides them forward through the initial funding process.

Hannah is responsible for managing the loan advisors clients in InfusionSoft and manages the sales forecasting process through weekly pipeline reviews with the loan advisory team. Hannah reviews and prepares contracts and agreements.

She also oversees on-boarding all new employees, helps create marketing material and manages all social platforms. She was very involved in webinars during COVID and is currently working directly with the CMO to create a MultiFunding Podcast.

Hannah graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in education from Chestnut Hill College. Her first job after graduation was working at MultiFunding in 2010. She then went on to work in the eCommerce space as a customer service manager and inside sales manager. Hannah taught 5th grade in Philadelphia prior to returning to the MultiFunding team.
